Basic
Web Site Package
Our Basic Web Site Package costs $599 and includes up to 4 pages
of text and graphics. The Home Page, which shows a color photo
or graphic of your business and tells about your company links
to the rest of your web site. Up to three additional pages may
describe your products and services and give contact information
for your visitors.
We can use your existing ad materials such as brochures, business
cards, ads, etc., or you can send us your text copy in an electronic
file or by fax. We can use you electronic images or we can scan
your pictures or prints. We can also take a digital photo of your
establishment at no additional charge.
If you need domain name registration and/or web site hosting,
we can provide these services for you at cost.
- Domain Name
Registration. We will help you research
and request a domain name. The fee for this is usually about
$35.00 per year.
- Web Site Hosting. We
can provide web site hosting for you starting at about $19.00
per month or $228.00 per year. The basic package includes
100 Megabytes of disk space and 10 mailboxes.
Additional
Services
Additional services are available at a cost of $45.00 per hour
unless otherwise noted:
- Additional Web Pages.
Additional web site pages for the Basic Web Site are available
at $65.00 each.
- Information Request Forms.
To create request forms, a program must be written to process
the information you want collected and delivered to you via
e-mail. Depending on the amount of information requested,
these usually take one to two hours to set up and are billed
at $45.00 per hour.
- Search Engine Indexing.
We will work with you to develop a search engine friendly
site (including META tags) with the key words you choose and
get your site into the major search engines for a one-time
fee of $95.00. Search engines such as Yahoo and Excite charge
an individual fee for express inclusion in their directories.
If you would like to be included in these right away, you
will be billed at their cost.
- Web Site
Maintenance. We will keep your web site
updated by making minor revisions such as revising information
or changing graphics for a monthly fee of $49.00. Or, if you
prefer, we can make changes on an as-needed basis at a cost
of $45.00 per hour (minimum charge $45.00).
- Digital Retouching.
We provide color correction, removing flaws, airbrushing,
editing.
- Digital Photography.
We capture quality digital images of your products, business
or organization for web site images or prints.
- Web Optimization. We
make graphics file sizes compatible with web standards while
keeping them crisp and colorful for quick loading pages.
- Logo Design. We work
with you to design a logo for your business or organization's
web site or for print.
- Illustrations.
We create or revise illustrations to be used on the web or
for print.
- Copy Editing.
We edit your written marketing materials for maximum selling
punch for your particular target market.
- Data Transfer to PDF Format.
We transfer any written or electronic files to PDF format
for the web, the computer or CDs.
- Desktop Publishing.
We advertise your site with letterhead, envelopes, fax forms,
business cards, brochures or flyers! We also prepare annual
reports, invitations, menus and award certificates.
E-Commerce
Sites (Online Stores)
We can set up an e-commerce site for you to sell merchandise online.
We can provide any of the following:
- Add E-commerce to your existing web site utilizing a shopping
cart and secure server for credit card acceptance.
- Create a new E-Commerce web site for online sales of your
products with a shopping cart and secure server.
- Create an E-Commerce branch to your existing web site with
a shopping cart and secure server.
The Shopping Cart service charges a small fee of approximately
$20 per month. We can help you set up a merchant account to accept
credit card payments if you do not already have one. The cost
depends on the size and complexity of your web site and the number
of items you have for sale. We bill at $45.00 per hour.
